Yes, simply indicate your preferred date and time in the "Special Instruction/s" section before checking out your cart. A representative will then contact you to confirm the schedule.
Where is SiomaiBro's production facility located?
Our production commissary is situated in Mt. Sinai St., Tatay, Rizal.
How do I cook frozen SiomaiBro?
After thawing, you can either steam the siomai, hakao, and chicken feet for 20-25 minutes or fry them for 7-10 minutes according to your preference.
How many pieces are in a tub of SiomaiBro?
The quantity varies depending on the variant, with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 15 pieces per tub. Chicken feet tubs contain approximately 8-9 pieces, weighing approximately 380g.
How long can I store SiomaiBro in fridge?
Our products have a shelf life of 30 days if kept frozen consistently.

Where does SiomaiBro deliver?
We deliver to all cities within Metro Manila and selected cities in Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite. Simply put your address during checkout to view the applicable delivery charge for your location.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No, there is no minimum order requirement. However, delivery fees vary based on distance. Please provide your address during checkout to determine the delivery charge for your area.
When can I expect to receive my order? Do you offer same-day delivery?
Orders placed during store hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) will be processed in real-time. Orders placed after store hours will be processed the next day. Same-day delivery is available within store hours.
